World’s 1st BAYC/ MAYC NFT-inspired Beer Launches at The Parlour Singapore

Nestled along Owen Road is a creative shophouse space that doubles up as a music studio – The Parlour Singapore is the first bar in Singapore that hosts NFT-related events, exhibitions and gatherings for like-minded NFT enthusiasts. Just this week, I attended the exclusive Apehouse event at The Parlour where they launched the world’s 1st BAYC/ MAYC NFT-inspired beer for the house party.

We sampled the two NFT-inspired craft beers – Bored & Boozy/ Bored and Boozy (Festbier). I don’t really drink alcohol on a regular basis. But it tasted nicer than the standard beers in the market, and was not so bitter in my opinion. The Bored & Boozy (Black can) was quite sour due to the addition of sour plum, it was quite interesting if you enjoy citrusy drinks in general.

There were many Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs on display as well.

There was also a live band with jazz and acoustic performances on the 2nd level as well as a live DJ station at the ground level. And if you are interested in music jamming, feel free to visit The Parlour and jam with other fellow musicians.

When you’re at a house party, food ain’t a priority. But we were legit impressed with the Bored & Hungry inspired menu consisting of Cheeseburger with fries as well as Banana Fritters. The beef patty was very juicy and tender and the fries were fried to perfection.

Bored Cones x Burnt Cones Ice-cream was a great hit. The banana split and chocolate flavours were so flavourful, and the smooth, velvety and creamy texture just hits right at every spot.
