Bubu, that lil cute puppy

I still remember vividly on the day that my boy told me he is getting a puppy home… at the back of my mind I was like “WHAT??!?!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!” And the next moment I think I spammed his inbox like mad. Yes, obviously I’m so desperate to have a puppy. Though it’s not EXACTLY mine, but you get the idea ^^

And that cute 2 palm-sized puppy, a maltese poodle mix, is his cute lovely puppy named BUBU.

Having to keep a pet at home has always been my childhood dream. And I meant pets with fur, not terrapins or fish. I cannot even keep hamsters which is another of my favourite type of pet. I told myself from young that I MUST KEEP A FURRY PET WHEN I’M GROWN UP.

IT’S A MUST!!!!! I know owning a dog requires one to have lots of responsibility and time to look after it, but at the very least, I will get 2 tiny lil cute hamsters (>_<) Those adorable furry balls.

Some of my all-time favourite dog breeds, Golden Retriever, Husky & Pomeranian!!! Pomeranian just looks so classy, elegant & pretty especially the way they walk! But no, I wouldn’t want it to be like BOO, known as the world’s cutest dog… I like it the way it should be (: Husky looks like wolves & I kinda like them too.

Having dogs is not only my life-long dream, but it appears in my sleeping dreams too, for real.

So I’m sleeping peacefully in my dreamland like usual when I dream that my mum allowed me to have dogs at home. But I woke up realizing that it was nothing but just a dream ): Feeling sianzzz after I was hit by reality. Stage 1-3 (the photo below) is just a cycle that keeps repeating throughout my life. Not once or twice, but much more than that. Sad right?!

So when my boy told me the shocking good news, I went ALL SMILES AND EXCITEMENT

My boy’s parents asked me to name it, and we wanted the name to start with B as its parents names also start with B. I named it Bubu as it’s simple & cute to call! Birthday on 9 March 2012 (:

I love how its so small and tiny which fits into my two palms perfectly. And it lies in my arms just like a baby with its paws facing up. Or you can tickle it while it’s lying on its back. Bubu doesn’t like it anymore, he will just struggle off. He has that innocent face which goes like “Ehhhh, what’s happening?” At the start, his bark sounded like a chipmunk. Like a squeaky toy too. Cute!

Look how tiny he is! But he has grown so much he’s now like an average small size puppy. Not the palm sized one anymore ): But we still love him!

He’s always doing adorable actions like barking for your attention, nudging you from behind, or giving the growling sounds when you pretend to ignore or reprimand him. Irresistible! And most of all, he always like to bite my hand like a toy. Naughty Bubu. The red squishy ball in the photo is one of his favourite toy! And he’ll be really good when someone uses the ball to ask him to sit down & shake hands. Hmm, actually he probably did it for most of the toys. Playful lil puppy. It’s fun to disturb him by trying to snatch the toy away from him, he’ll either growl or try to run away from you. Haha.

Apparently, the blanket and the bed which is supposedly for him to sleep in, became his favourite biting toy too. He prefers the hard marble floor instead of the comfy bed. And he always makes the ‘Grrr grrrrrrrr’ sound when he growls so adorably. By the way, he’s trained enough to stay out of the cage already, happy for him! So poor thing always bark and bark to be let out of the cage previously.
