I was bullied SO MUCH by these puppies, but I have zero regrets about trying out this puppy yoga session in Singapore.

I first came across puppy yoga while searching for things to do in Bangkok, but the prices there were pretty steep (about 2000 baht). So I was quite surprised to find a more affordable option in SG.
When I first stepped in, the puppies were already super excitable and doing loads of zoomies. Some were even play-fighting with each other (nothing serious, just cutesy puppy scuffles), and they were running from one end of the room to the other… countless times.

Once we rolled out the yoga mats, they got even more excited and just wouldn’t leave any of us alone. I think my hair looked like a new toy to them since it was untied and all over the place, two of the puppies kept trying to chew on it (which, of course, I didn’t allow). We did manage to get in some yoga moves, guided by the instructor, but it was a mix of trying to focus seriously and constantly being distracted by all the cuteness.
It’s amazing how much energy they have as they kept going non-stop for the entire hour.

After the yoga session, we still had time to stay and play with the pups. So if you’d been trying hard to focus and didn’t get much chance to interact with them during the session, this was the perfect time.
If you’re looking for a serious yoga workout, honestly, this might not be the right place for you. Also, keep in mind that these are untrained puppies, so don’t expect them to be disciplined. I’d suggest being mentally prepared for the ‘bullying’. But trust me, they are REALLY CUTE. I was smiling and laughing the entire session.
