Vegetarian and plant-based lovers who are Pizza fans at the same time, you’ll be very pleased to know that Pizza Hut has recently partnered with Beyond Meat to launched the Hut’s first ever plant-based meat pizza in Asia – Cheesy 7 Beyond Supreme! It is also the plant-based version of one of its best-selling creations Cheesy 7 Pizza.
The Cheesy 7 Media Event was held at Night Safari and we had opportunities to mingle with some animals and had a free and easy tour around the park after trying out the pizzas. Here’s me wearing a Snow Leopard print skirt attempting to match the theme.
Cheesy 7 Beyond
The private event was held in the Tipi Tent of Night Safari which provides you with a one-in-a-kind dining experience.
The pizza cannot get any cheesier as it features 7 decadent cheeses – Cheddar, Mozzarella, Provolone, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, Edam and Cream Cheese. The main plant-based ingredient is the Beyond Italian Sausage Crumble which is made with peas and rice, with no GMOs, soy, gluten, hormones, antibiotics or cholesterol. It was meticulously curated to provide a similar taste to Italian sausage. I have tried the Cheesy 7 Pizza before and I loved it so much. It’s nice to know that Vegetarians can now enjoy Pizza Hut’s latest creations without having to consume any meat.
Another new addition to the Pizza Hut Family is the Cheesy 7 Scorpion, which is highly recommended for those who enjoy an extra spice in their food. As exotic as the name sounds, the pizza is topped off with TABASCO Scorpion sauce that comes with a hint of Caribbean sweetness. The spiciness kicks in with a lingering taste.
Aside from tantalising cheesy pizzas, Pizza Hut is continuing to offer mouthwatering side dishes such as Honey Lemon Baked Salmon with Mash, Spicy Korean Drumlets, Mini Hot Chicky Ribs, Chicken Nuggets, Cheesy Mash Potato, Rose Shrimp & Chicken Pasta, Mango Mousse Cake with Ice Cream and refreshing beverages like SJORA Tropica and SJORA Lychee Berry.

I haven’t been to Night Safari in ages and it was a really pleasant experience to roam around the park spotting various animals. I must say though, it was a little like a Hide and Seek game as some of the animals refused to show up.
The tram ride was quite enjoyable as we had the opportunity to view animals from afar while being extremely comfy on our seats.
It was indeed an awesome ‘Evening in the Wild’!
