Last year’s Circuit Breaker and this year’s Heightened Alert have made us stayed at home a lot more often than usual. My current favourite combination is Truffle Gouda, Tyrolean Speck, Blueberry Compote and Figs! (Never thought I would enjoy figs actually) I love how different combos have a different depth and flavour.
