During our Khao Yai trip, we added Pete Maze into our itinerary spontaneously as we had overestimated the time spent at every attraction. And I’m so glad we did. It was quite an interesting place to visit as you’ll get to walkthrough a huge maze to find your way out. I’ve tried a few mazes before, but the sizes were usually nothing comparable to the Pete Maze. And I was actually hoping for some challenge.
It’s highly recommended to visit the washrooms before you start just in case you are stuck in it for quite a while! Oh yea, drones are not allowed btw! It’s such a pity though, as we wanted to take the overview of the maze.
You’ll be able to catch a glimpse of the beautiful view of the maze from the bridge, but not to worry, you wouldn’t be able to cheat your way out from this view!
Walking in the maze for an hour under the hot sun is no joke. But there’s a few photo opportunities to enhance your experience. And I even got shocked by the presence of the soldier statue as I didn’t expect something at the corner. #EmbarassingMoments
This is one of my favourite shot as it’s super colourful like a rainbow!
Unleash your creativity with the special panoramic functions of your phone! This simple shot made me run around a few times. So much effort but it’s totally worth it!
I love the fact that we really became lost and was stuck in the maze for a while, and yes we walked towards dead ends many times too! We spent about an hour plus at Pete Maze including taking some photos.
If you have time to spare, this is quite a great attraction to visit, especially if you are into challenges!
