Flowers are one of the best choices of gifts when it comes to any special occasions – Valentine’s Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Mother’s Day and so on. In fact, you don’t even need to find a reason or special event to be giving flowers to your other half.
Some may find that flowers are too expensive and a waste of money because of its short life span and high price tag. But when it comes to putting a smile on that important person’s face, your money is going to be worth spending after all! Lovely Hua Shop provides an affordable and convenient choice if you’re looking for fresh or preserved/ dried flowers this Valentine’s Day (or any other occasions throughout the year)!
Lovely Hua Shop
Lovely Hua Shop is a one-stop florist shop providing pretty blooms with a huge variety ranging from roses, sunflowers, to everlasting and flower box series. Their rates starting from $19.90 per bouquet make it really affordable for those who do not want to spend a bomb on flowers. For the decent sizes, the average price is about $50. On top of that, they also provide one of the cheapest flower delivery in Singapore starting from $5! (Most florist shops charge much higher than that)
I really like their range of designs, and especially happy with their everlasting floral series. I personally prefer receiving preserved flowers because I really don’t want to see my flowers wilt (and I have no knowledge on taking care of them). Best of all, preserved flowers look as beautiful as the fresh ones! They are actually processed from real and fresh flowers so the authenticity is definitely still around.
Lovely Hua Shop also has some funny and quirky designs like the Vegetables bouquet, Yakult and Snackin for the non-flower lovers. Since it was my mum’s birthday around the corner, I chose the Colorata Dried Flowers – Made with dried Baby’s Breath and Cotton Flowers.
Colorata Dried Flowers
The vibrant rainbow colours shown in their website were what attracted me the most, and I was so pleased with how it turned out. In fact, the bouquet was actually larger than what I have expected given the price. It was quite a sizeable and decent gift that would be perfect for upcoming Valentine’s Day if you know that your partner fancy happy and bright colours!
Here’s Kuro checking out the flowers that were delivered to our house promptly that day! (Don’t worry! No flowers were eaten)
My mum was really happy with the birthday flowers too! She doesn’t prefer that we spend on expensive fresh flowers for her birthdays, so having a dried flower option that is everlasting for her to display as a memory keepsake would make the perfect gift.
